Repairs to the damaged carport wall are scheduled to begin on Monday 28th March and is expected to last for around two to three days. The start date and duration of work is of course subject to the weather conditions.
We will be expecting another skip delivery and the builders will also need some space to lay out their materials near to the wall. As such we ask that all residents and their guests are not parked in the first three visitor spaces nearest to the wall (in front of apartments 7 and 8) from 5:00 pm on Sunday 27th March. As these spaces become available, we will place black bins across them to reserve this area for the skip and builders.
While the work is being carried out, we will leave the black bins outside of the bin store and place them on the pathway in front of the holly bushes by the side of the bin store.
