Can I have a login and why do I need?

Any stakeholder (resident, apartment owner, or shareholder) can have a login, if you don’t already have one use the register link above.

If you are a resident, you will have access to a form to report problems found on the grounds of the estate and you can view details about the management committee.

If you are an apartment owner, you will have access to a form to report problems with the exterior of your property and you can view details of the buildings insurance.

If you are a shareholder, you will have access to the AGM section of this website and the facility to vote in the AGM electronically.
