Maintenance

The estate’s maintenance comprises of a mixture of scheduled work (such as the annual decorating and gutter clearing) and adhoc repairs carried out when needed (such as replacing roof tiles following storm damage).

We are currently working towards replacing all the original guttering with newer deepflow guttering. Each season we assess which gutters are in the greatest need of replacing, however guttering on the accommodation blocks will take precedence over guttering on the carports (unless the carport guttering is severely damaged).
