Please be aware that a car on the estate was broken into during the early hours of this morning (26th September 2021).
The culprit was captured on our CCTV system and the footage has been made available to the relevant people. The video showed the thief inspecting a car in Aldwick Felds before entering the estate via the east entrance, he then proceeded to peer through car windows looking for anything worth taking before finding a car with items on the passenger seat.
We would recommend that residents do not leave belongings visibly out in their vehicles. Even if you believe the item has no real value, a thief may still be enticed to investigate further and the cost of a broken window is very real.
