The remedial work to make the carport safe has been completed and the pathways around the carport have been reopened. Three of the five carport bays will unfortunately have to remain out of service until the wall is repaired. The bays for apartments 7 and 11 have now been opened up. We will reopen the bin store after a few days.
We are now awaiting quotes for the repair works, and will forward these on to the insurers as soon as we have received them.
UPDATE 24th February: We have now received quotes and have forwarded them to the insurers. As soon as we are given authorisation to instruct one of the builders, we will do so.
