Remedial work has now begun to make the damaged carport wall safe. Acrow props have now been installed to ensure the roof is supported. In the next few days the most severely damaged portion of the wall will be demolished.
We are expecting a skip delivery between 7:30 am and 8:00 am on Wednesday 9th February. The skip needs to be placed close to the damaged wall, as such we ask that all residents and their guests are not parked in the first two visitor spaces nearest to the wall (in front of apartments 7 and 8) from 7:00 am on Wednesday. As these spaces become available, we will place black bins across them to reserve this area for the skip.
