Many of you will already have noticed, the wall for the carport servicing apartments 7, 9, 10, 11, & 12 has been severely damaged in an accident.
The damage has destroyed a supporting wall and as such we consider the carport to be unsafe to use at this time. We have cordoned off the carport for safety, please do not attempt to use the carport or cross the warning tape. Owners of the affected apartments are urged to park in the visitor’s parking bays.
As a temporary measure we have moved the bins out of the attached bin store.
We are awaiting quotes for repairs and approval from insurance to have repairs carried out. We will post here updates on the repairs.
