Trotyn Croft has sustained some damage due to storm Eunice. We are aware of the following:
The Rowan Tree at the front of the estate was uprooted. We expect the fallen tree to be cleared later today (Saturday 19th February).
Two fence panels at the back of the estate have come loose. Our grounds team will be replacing them as soon as possible.
A privacy board was blown down. We will arrange for this to be removed from the estate at the same time the old fence panels are replaced. A new privacy board will be installed in the summer.
Two ridge tiles have been blown off the roof, unfortunately they both smashed and cannot be reused. Our roofer is expected to carry out an inspection in the coming few days.
There is a lot of plant debris on the western drive, we aim to begin a cleanup of this on Monday.
Finally, as mentioned in an earlier announcement, the refuse and recycling bins have not been collected on their usual day and ADC have announced they will not be collected until next Friday and Saturday respectively.
If you are aware of any other damage not listed above, please report it to us either via your account dashboard or via our contact page.
